Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original  paperwork. For example: Some items may come with grading information or certificates of authenticity. Items such as these must be returned with the original item as well. If these items are not available your return will be rejected. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at arlingtonx@gmail.com to obtain specific permission for the return, if the returen is accepted you will receive a Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item & Receipt of item, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. In some cases banks can also take an additional 2-3 business days to complete the return. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:     

●     When we buy any item(s) including (but not limited to) Gold, Silver, Diamonds, Palladium, Platinum, Coins. All purchases by us are final.  Please be sure you are commited to sell the items that you are selling. Please be sure the items you are selling belong to you.
